FSX Nimitz landable (not A1)

I downloaded this aircraft carrier and do not understand why there is no .air file in it, does anyone know why it doesn't have one or if it even needs one?  When it is installed in FSX it does not show up in the "add aircraft" menu. Thanks.

That would indicate to me that it is intended as a static model, to be used as a part of scenery.
